Santosh Kumar Sandilya is the founder of Sandilya Arts. He completed his bachelor in Fine Arts from B.H.U. in 1998. He has pursued his masters in Fine Arts from B.H.U. in 2000. He has a specialization in landscape and watercolor painting. He makes most of his artwork surrounding the topic of culture and heritage of Varanasi using the holy water of river Ganga. Some of his works have been displayed in the Gandhi museum of Panta and many other places.
